Partnership firm cannot be member of company, other than sec 8 company
No, XYZ pvt ltd cannot issue shares to ABC enterprise.
As per 184 of companies act 2013 Its allow Director of partnership Firm. company can issue share to the firm But the director shall disclose this Matter in MBP 1 file with Company
Partnership firm is not a legal entity, therefore it cannot be a member of company except in sec 8 company
