Then what about the candidates who have cleared CPT and graduation and appearing for IPCC exams can also now register for Articleship?? 

Requirement is to appear in IPCC exams after completion of Nine months of Practical Training for Newly Registered Students. I don't think that anything has changed for Existing Students.

Then what if any student has registered for CPT jst now in February'12, but he/she has cleared Graduation in 2010 ?
