Only supplies from unregistered person, which attracted RCM u/s. 9(4) of CGST/SGST & 5(4) of IGST........... are suspended till March, 2018.
Supplies from dealers where RCM u/s. 9(3) of CGST/SGST & 5(3) of IGST applies (check the attachment) are still applicable........
