IRDA has made it that Every Insurance Agent has to renew his Agency Certificate every 3 years. After 3 years completed he has to renew his agency by paying the fees to IRDA.
I request the IRDA to make the change in their law, and let the Agent to act , life time as a Insurance Adviser, without renewal of license. Because he is getting his license, by writing insurance examinations, by going through the training etc.
And also let the Agents to act as an Agent to many companies as he wishes, like the corporate agencies.
HOPE THIS MAY BE CONSIDER BY THE TOP OFFICIALS OF IRDA.
