Is Finance Act,2009 applicable to IPCC May10 Exam? if yes then What abt FBT, is it abolished? if yes then will the perquisite which were earlier taxable under FBT, now taxable under Income from Salary? Plz reply

FBT was abolished from Nov-09 exams itself..
but i don't know about perquisites exactly... and
Finance Act, 209 will applicable from May-10 exams
