Ipcc eligibility

I have heared that the eligibility of IPCC will be change into previous rules & regulation. That is after completion of 2nd. year with the 55 percentage of marks or 3rd. year with the 45 percentage of marks in Graduation we can directly admited into IPCC (means CA Inter). Is it right?

Please give the perfect reply.

govt has not approved bro u have to wait for some time

IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO PASS JUST A CPT EXAM. THINK BEFORE ASKING THIS TYPE OF QUESTION.
