old act & amended act . both r applicable
Companies Act,2013 because all the section pertaining to audit and auditor has been notified and rules have also been framed....

Amended portion most probably not applicable,,,,,,,,applicable amendments in icai site is showing old co act 1956,,,,,see urself,,,,,,,,but applicable in law paper
1956 is applicable
Both The Compaies Act 1956 & 53 sections of The Companies Act 2013 will be applicable for IPCC for November 2014 for Law & Audit papers, till now. Keep yourself up to date with the latest notifications of ICAI on its website.
