Tax rate for newspaper ad is 5% GST(earlier no service Tax) >They are giving 15% agency commission to Agency . How the invoice to client under GST ? charge 5% GST on total amount (ie including commission) OR 5% GST for Net amount without commission plus 18% GST for Agency commission of 15% ? ( Earlier S.Tax 15% applicable for Agency commission only) Please clarify
