Is there anything that Assesee needs to upload an invoice as it supply of goods leaves from his place??

As a case: ABC Ltd. is a seller and the company sells the goods,as the buyer purchases the goods,company issues an invoice to him,then as the carriage (truck through which goods are dispatched) leaves,then is there any concept to upload that invoice??
