sir can we issues the invoices gst charge 28%to18%fr 15.11.17 for electrical items like ceiling fan parts etc.

If it's changed the Tax rates then YES...
Sir at the time of PO receiving rate is 18% but while dispatching materails tax rate is 28% and customer is not ready to accept at 28%. What rate should we consider??
