what is the invoice format for furniture showroom

Invoice format is same for all types of dealers irrespective of a manufacturing dealer/Whole saler/Dostributor/Retailer/petty shop.But if your customers do not want invoices in the cade of supply above Rs.200/- ,you can issue a single invoice covering all such supplies in a day for accounting purpose.

But if you are a compounded dealer, your invoice must be a Bill of Supply

does the bill/invoice format need to be generated via electronic medium or a hand written bill with GSTIN mentioned on it is also usable ?

Both are permitted.
