we r doing manpower supply, like security guard, housekeeping etc to various organization. after completion of month we raised invoice very next day. for example November'17 service provide and invoice raised 1st December 2017 , also invoice date 1st December'17.
Now my question is what is the my tax liability month and what is the payment due date of tax?

When your service invoice was raised that month only pay the tax
Ex.
Service was 01/11/2017 -30/11/2017 invoice date.01/12/2017 means you to pay the duty amount before 20/01/2018
better avoid the suitation for depart asking qus to raise the invoice last day itself or cut off date for 30 days
