we have import some machinery parts of rs.25 lakh & completed gate entry Grn/Mrn but need to sent part to supplier for fitting in machine after that he deliver machine with our parts.
my question is that how dispatch parts to supplier against delivery challan or invoice or any other document.

You can send that material on job work hence RGP or delivery challan will be used to take out and return back the material.
Send it on Delivery Challan
Send it on.Delivery challan. and.when.the machinery.after fitting of all.parts Then you can return back that material
