Intimation u/s 143(1) of the Income Tax Act not received from CPC Bangalore for AY 2009-10 but from respective Income Tax Office Penalty notice u/s 221 not depositing tax. In that year it was noted that CPC Bangalore computer doubled the income by mistake. In cases rectifiation filed, this is corrected. But in this case since the intimation not received,on line rectification is not possible. How to get copy of that intimation. Email sent to ask @ incometaxindia.gov.in not replied. What to do?

U can contact CPC, Banglore on Toll Free No. 1800 425 2229 or Direct Line 080-22546500.
Beforehand ready with basic details of the assessee like PAN, Date of Birth/Incorporation/Address etc for verification or input. U can explain ur case to call centre executive of CPC & request them to forward Intimation u/s 143(1) on email address regd/mentioned in ITR or at regd postal address by post within a week time. Thereafter u can apply for rectification to CPC either online or manual by way of writing letter to CPC, Banglore.

Facility to download copy of intimation u/s 143(1) of the Income Tax Act, is not available either at Income Tax site or at Efiling site though various other valuable facilities are available.
you have to check the return processing status, and you can get the output on screen, which is as good as intimation u/s 143(1), you have to check the trash / spam folders of your email provided to get the same, in absence, you can get in touch with CPC bangalore, and ask them to resend the same.

I have received Intimation U/s 143 (1) from CPC bangalore, but that PDF file has correcpted hence not open how i can obtain again the same.

This is great problem particularly for AY 2009-10. I wrote so many times but no response. The new facily to get copy of order u/s 143(1)/154 is also of no use as after few days it shows "Not original Request". I also feel that till date the department has not made proper arrangement. When rectification can be filed only by giving reference or order what is harm if any one ask for copy of his order if he has not received previouly or lost in transit. I am also persuing matter with department and am going to write to CBDT. The department send demand and its reminder but not able to provide copy.
