I have also get this intimation u/s143(1) for AY 2016-17 and demand is 50 rs ..what should I do ???.
and another same got intimation for AY 2017-18 ,there is no refund and no demand from ito..in this case what should I do...1 problem is remain that for AY 2017-18 this intimation calculation same as original ,in which I have calculation total income 473000 wrongly but i have revised in which total income from all sources is 443000..may be original proceed !!?.revised is no proceed in such condition what should I do ???

Better to pay it off, and get removed the demand from the site.

Wait. It will get processed and if everything OK, you will get refund of excess tax paid.
To avoid unnecessary demand on your account it is rightly advised by Dhiraj Sir that just "pay it off"

pay it off means pls deposit the demanded tax amount by ITD i.e. Rs.50.00 as you mentioned in your querry
for demand less than 100 rs ,the income tax department this abolished automatically ,..is that right or not ??pls guide me...
