Check for the written Policies if any for the Receipts, Payments, Maintenance, Staff expenditure, Capital

expenditure, Revenue other faciilities provided in the Golf Course.

Whether seggregation of duties is there between the on receiving payments , and accounting receipts.

Any Capital expenditure made is in accordance with the policy .
