Can anybody let me know whether we should make the different challan while the payment of Interest on Service Tax for the different period...

Yes , it is advised to make separate challans for payment of service tax for different periods.

Although , its not necessary to make separate challan fir interest payments for separate periods. But for the sake of clarity and explanation to the department it is always advisable to make separate challans for interest payments for different periods
