you can do interstate PURCHASE under composite scheme. But don't sales under the same.
but I listen from someone that now we can make sale too inter state

To day 29.10.2017 The group of ministers, constituted by the Council, has suggested allowing interstate sales for composition dealers
And the above said recommendations will be placed before the GST Council in its meeting in Guwahati on November 10.
