I have filed GSTR 3B from july to january without availing benefit of ITC but now i want to utilize the same. Can i take ITC of whole year ( from july to march ) in GSTR 3B of March ?

you can't take itc of whole year , u can utilize the itc by filing gstr 1 , gstr 2 & gstr 3 afterwards gstr 3b will automatically revises & also itc will reflect in gstr 3b

You can take the ITC if you not take in Your previous Returns...
