We purchase goods from other state with IGST and sell goods locally...can we adjust or claim refund of the Input IGST?

You can adjust the input igst in gstr3b against output sgst, output cgst. while furnishing gstr3b you could get the benfit or you can apply for the refund.

If we purchased locally and sales to out of state, in this is situation we are adjusting IGST in CGST and SGST and after that we have ITC of CGST and SGST. This can claim for refund?
