Can we will claim GST INPUT on any Bill such as personal mobile bill, fixed assets, restaurants bill etc

can we take input credit from 2011 itself some c forms are pending from 2011 year any lock period is there to take credit in transition form please update

GST input credit can be availed only for furtherance of business activity!!!
