financial reporting:holding and amalgamation is a must,goodwill,eVA,internal rec,share based are relatively short ch.
PS if you have taken notes of praveen sir thn max chances practical ques will come frm his books(just a precise trackrecord of his,if hard luck th this may not be correct)
if you are thorough with AS thn they will easily fetch you atleast 20 to 30marks
