Industrial training
I have completed 1.75 Years of articleship and I want to do Industrial training in the 3rd Year of articleship but my principal is getting shifted to USA. Since I am not able to get articleship just for 3 months so can I join Industrial training now for the convenience.

The period of industrial training may range between nine months and twelve months during the last year of the prescribed period of practical training.
You can take transfer since shifting of office (more than 50 km) is a valid reason for taking transfer and get registered for 3 months under another employer and then take transfer from there to join industrial training.
Alternatively, i would suggest you to ask your principal to issue service certificate of 2 years.
He cannot give Since he has already given the date of shifting to d institute
