Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the rules for depositing paid-up capital when incorporating a new company. While the authorised and paid-up capital might be set at £10 lakh, you typically have 180 days from the date of incorporation to deposit this capital. You'll need to file Form INC-20A with the company's bank statement on the MCA portal within this timeframe.
