You can apply for name direcly in SPICe... Without RUN

There are two ways for incorporation of any type of company:

1. Apply in RUN for name approval (with 2 names at a time) and once it is approved, incorporate company by filing spice-32

2. Directly file spice 32 with one name for incorporation

The name is applied in new webf form called "RUN" and the incorporation application is made in SPICe forms.
