is INC 7 has been omitted. Now INC.32 spice is applicable for all the companies..or there is some restrictions..only such company can apply for INC.32 spice??

who shell be the witness for share transfer form sh-4.
ie it shell be any professional CMA/CA/ CS or any person can do it.

SPICe forms are hereby applicable to all companies. Name approval through RUN facility and SPICe forms for incorporation are now applicable to every company
