Who was the promoter,  If you are one of the promotesr then a the answer is with you.  This is because you have stated as I have incorporated a company and everything was done fine, which means you are one of the promoters.  On the other hand you worked for the incorporation of a company and if the incorporation was said to be undelivered and returned undelivered to whom.  Do you mean who?  If the original coporate certificate itself it not capbable of being delivered does not smothing stinky ? foul smell does it not emanate?
