How to Incorporate a Private Limited Company With Using SPICE forms after getting Name Approved by MCA.

After Getting Name Approved I have to file INC 32 only or any other forms are also required to be filed with it like DIR 12 or INC 22?
You have to file form SPICe (inc-32) as well as SPICe MOA & SPICe AOA available in the MCA website. Now as per your question there is no need to file INC-22 & DIR-12 as well as there is no requirement of attaching inc-8 & inc-10.
inc 8 declaration by professional is still required, i think
inc 22 needs to be filed with in 30 days if correspondence is different from registered office proposed to be situated
i have discuss regarding inc-8 to the mca they said there is no requirement of such attachment.

its Dir-3 not Dir-4, there is not changement in Dir-3 for Din no.
