Income tax return with Digital Signature

return is valid, futher whether u have send the accknowledgement to banglore office, if yes, chech ur efilling status

I will suggest to file revised E return....with some minor change and do digital signature.....

I am not sure abt the bangluru office will entertain Company return. May be you can try to do what Sir asked....
