I need you urgent advise . Please help me to overcome from this issue . I filled ITR and last week I got a replied from Income tax ( see attached file ) that prepaid taxes claimed by me are not matching .
What I should do now . Kindly advice . Please advise urgently ..

Make an appliacation U/s 154 for the credit of prepaid taxes and check your prepaid taxes in form 26AS.
Take copies of documents(Advance tax Challan , TDS Certficates,self assessment tax challan.ROI Filled)
and post to the A.O or you may go personally.
there is no precribed format for Application U/s 154
(the mismatch of prepaid tax arises because of non deposit of TDS TCS by the deductor/collector)
