Income tax return has been selected under risk management process
Don't kind of department is this doing there duty as if doing as a favour
Spoke to the customer care..saying that my refund is determined recently..can anyone please tell what is the next step?

Coz ppl waiting for refund since 20days even after getting the intimation order
Yestarday rcvd msg ur itr processed and refund send to ur banker's also updated on itd website but amount not rcvd
In my case it shows ITR Processing complete in e-filling website, i didn't got any notification though. Amount is yet to be credited.

Status showing ITR PROCEED ON WEBSITE but no SMS receive and email
Just received SMS & Mail from 143
Received 143(1) for AY 2018-19 just a few minutes back. Status in website also shows ITR processed. No sms received. Amount of 30k. Filed in July 2018, everified in September 2018. Will update when I receive refund too(whenever that maybe).
My 5 colleagues recd the intimation order 143 1..
But still I didn't revd
Just received SMS n mail but no money
