Income tax return has been selected under risk management process
I don’t think they will be processing the return in the near future too
But they aren't sending any communication either...
What a taxpayer will do in this case
Today also no SMS..they will not process before March 31..

How many of you have received the intimation order 143 but not the refund yet?
I have received only sms, no email or refund.
How long has it been? When did you receive the sms?
received 143(1) on mar 6th, prevalidated bank account from bank site on march 10th, till now no refund credited .can someone suggest what to do .

@ Saif & Ravi customer care is of no help at all. They have a standard reply that it’ll be done soon and same goes for the grievances, they’re closed with the same cut copy paste response. There’s absolutely nowhere one can go to resolve this. Pathetic state of affairs.

My colleague has received order of 143 1 on 6th March still didn't got any refund till date..
Called customer care 5 times and e grievance states that " your refund is under process"

Correct, waiting for refund. Only 143(1) received about 12 days back.
