received 143(1) on mar 6th, prevalidated bank account from bank site on march 10th, till now no refund credited  .can someone suggest what to do .

@ Saif & Ravi customer care is of no help at all. They have a standard reply that it’ll be done soon and same goes for the grievances, they’re closed with the same cut copy paste response. There’s absolutely nowhere one can go to resolve this. Pathetic state of affairs.

My colleague has received order of 143 1 on 6th March still didn't got any refund till date.. Called customer care 5 times and e grievance states that " your refund is under process"

It seems like everyone who received the intimation order 143 on the 6th March have not received their refunds yet.

Correct, waiting for refund. Only 143(1) received about 12 days back.
