I Want to file income tax return of the A.Y.2011-12 having a nill tax liability. what should i do?

last date for A.Y.2011-12 return was 31.03.2013 you can not file it now......
Yes I agree with Parul, you can only file in persuance of a deptt. notice
Correctly said by Parul., you can file any NIL return without penalty till one year from the end of respective Assessment Year.
In your case, you could have file your return by 31.03.2013.
