Income tax refund for a.y. 2012-13

According to me it has not started so early it will take some tym to get started..they generally send refunds of individuals and ppl with less amount of refunds in December January so wait till then...!!

Refunds generally come within 10 days of processing of the return u/s 143(1)

Refunds of ITR1 & 4S have already started being processed. Others will start this month

refund for A.Y.2012-13 already started,but for those who file return thru e-filling.Manual return i think not startted yet.

Yes, Refund for A Y 2012-2013 started subject to 26 AS entries. that is if refund claimed match with the entries present in 26 AS of assesee.
