can I get the refund for financial year 2018-19 ...Now..because due date is extended to 30 Nov 2020...File Now ITR

You can file ITR now before 31st july 2020 and get the refund too.

Yes, you can file the income tax return of F.Y 2018-19 before 31st July 2020 and get the refund
Due date is extended to 31st July 2020 for F.Y 2018-19, and 30th November 2020 for F.Y 2019-20 returns.
