hi there.
if there is tds deduction of 4,00,000 rupees in A.Y 2011-12.
and that was deducted from assesse's NRE account .
but unfortunately it was came to know this year i.e A.y 2016-17. what we can do to get that refund?
assesses's status is NRI.

he should have filed the return of income tax for AY 2011-12, right now he cannot file it as due dates expired
