once income tax raid is finished, is their any cooling period or relief of few years to assessee after the raid A.Y., that he will not be scrutinised for the coming years??

No, there is no provision in income tax like that
Once faced the raid. After we were make "PAKKA" records for anything. Bcoz, they ll deeply watch after the problem.
