Hi, I want to know whether the LIC premium payment made to the policy taken in my name, but premium paid by me and by my parents then, is eligible for claiming tax benefit from my husband's salary??
can I claim relief under section 89 for arrear salary if arrear amount not showing in certificate 16 B.
Please help, if a father is paying LIC premium for his married daughter can the daughter claim it under 80C in her return as deduction.
