sir, income tax filing for salary employee s compulsory match with form 16 or can we allow HRA in return if not show in form 16

If you paid house rent and hra deduction not allowed you can claim in ITR. But you should declare all deduction to employer for smooth processing of ITR
sir, if employer not show HRA in form16 while filing of income tax return can we take HRA allowance .
