It's for calculation of estimated total income and taxability on it for the purpose of advance tax instalment determination of amount or TDS deduction by employer.
ITR filing is only after FY ends and on or before due date of filing ITR.

No you cannot file your IT return now.
The Income earned upto 31.03.2020 will be reported in that return.
