INCOME TAX FILING
my client was filing income tax ever year but from last year 2 year he is not having any income of source he should file income tax returns are not kindly help.

as per legal terminology of the ruling of income tax, you are not required to file income tax return for having income less than 2.50 lacs,
but in your case, when u are continuing the return filing, then u should continue filing work to avoid notice of non filing of income tax return
No need to file ITR if income less than BEL...
