Can someone tell me how to e-file form-10CCB ALONG WITH TAX AUDIT REPORT for F.Y-2012-13?

The procedure will be same as that of efiling of 3CD.

Please clarify, if a company has multiple undertakings u/s 80I - A/B/C, under which to claim deduction, will a single form 10CCB be uploaded or is it possible to upload separate forms for each undertaking by a CA as is the practice.
