Income tax deductions

Hi, guys.....I'm filing returns from the A.Y 2009-10 now. But I have no bills of all those years. Now how to claim deduction for expenditure. Can I just enter any reasonable values or is any standard percentage for that?

you cannot file your return since ay 2009-10. Are you filing your books under any scrutiny assessement???

You can't file ITR AY 2009-10.
You can file AY 16-17 and AY 17-18 only...
Can't file previous AY years returns.
If you have any notice from ITD for previous AY's then you can file your ITR....

you can file the return AY 2009 - 10 IF gross total income less than 5L you can file offline ( directly filing with ITO)

or if u have any tds deducted in those years then u can file manual application u/s 119(2)b instead of ITR. (2nd option otherthan @ Dhanabalan.K 's reply)

Manual application... how to file it? I didn't get any order from IT department. Because the TDS amount is huge I want to file returns in order to claim it.
