Honrable sir,
There were a addition imposed on my client of Rs. 9.25 lacs , u/s 148 for A.Y. 2008-09. There was a AOP consituted for purchase of property of Rs. 9.25 lacs and the Addition was done on the basis of Negative statement of Other person of AOP. My cleint went for appeal against the addition but the same was nota accepted. During this period, unfortunately my client was no more and his widow. went for Appeal at ITAT. ITAT reffer the case again to ITO , due to there were no enough opportunity given for cross examination to tge assessee earlier.
The case is Time Bar on dated 31.12.2107.
Now iw ant to know on what basis i can help a widow who lost his husband eariler and afterwords her only one son who was persuing MBA also got expired in a road accident.
Her financial condition is very worst and also she is mantally ill.
