Income from house property
I own a house but I am staying in my mother's house.Do I have to pay any tax on my own house which is lying vacant.

if you own both of the houses than yes , another one shall be deemed to be let out , by the mean staying with mother does not attract any provision.
Yes rightly stated. If the house where you stay with your mother is not on your name then there is no problem. The legal owner of the property is seen for tax purposes.
