I have an offer to be come a part time employee ( consultant) of a firm in UAE for a period of 12 months to impliment a new line of businesss . My question is will i have to pay income tax in India on the salary paid to me for the same . I am an indian citizen with my own business in India. But this job i am doing in my own name .
You need to check wether u vl be staying in India or outside for this work. As tax liability is based on residential status
I will staying in UAE for about 15days every month approximately and will be back to india for the rest of the time
