Company First AGM was on 29/09/2014.
After that we filed all AOC 4 by using dummy SRN "Z999999"
Auditor details are not prefilling in INC 22A
Does we have to file ADT-1 from back date or we can file it last AGM ....?
Will MCA waive off ADT-1 penalty...?
If we had not appointed auditor since incorporation does we have to go for compounding...?

You need to file form ADT 1 for the appointment of auditor by using date of first AGM and need to pay penalty based on your nominal capital amount. File ADT 1 with penalty and then file Form INC 22A
