I had Submitted INC-2 form and that was my 1st time . I checked all the necessary site before file it and nowhere it is mentioned, Declaration of 182 days need to be attached, and because of it INC-2 got Rejected. now i am not able to resubmit it again because i've already resubmited it once. Resubmission message is appearing as
This is to inform you that in term of Rule 10 of the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, the above-cited Form INC-2 dated 04-04-2015 filed vide SRN ******** has been examined and marked as Invalid and Not been taken on record with the following remarks-
DECLN FOR 182 DAYS STAY IS NOT ENCLOSED
