I had a similar problem. I salute the suggestions given above very frankly. Very useful for all government sites. I had a similar problem. It said after uploading that in 15minutes I will get the upload position. I am practicing in Bangalore so after 21 days GST KARNATAKA WING replied that name is not tallying. When I want to correct it says Trn expired when I tried to re register it says application already exists. To help to authorities to correct this absolute ridiculousness I wrote a clear message. As can be expected there is deafening silence.Unfortunate Indian beurocracy
