Companies (Second Amendment)

Act, 2002 [Only General Provisions of winding up as covered under Paragraph

[relating to Winding up] 9.4 of the study material is applicable for the examination.]

Since, new provisions as introduced by the Companies (Second

Amendment) Act, 2002, have not yet been completely notified so such

provisions are not applicable from the examinations point of view.

However, certain problems have been covered under para 9.4 of the

study material which are applicable for the students in the relevant

examination
